Rules of
the road.
The bare minimum needed to use Snimio fairly, written so you can actually read it.
1. The agreement
When you sign up for a Snimio account, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Flowix B.V. (Madridstraat 15, 1175 RK Lijnden, NL). If you're using Snimio on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use Snimio.
- One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- You can have multiple inboxes connected to one account (up to your plan's limit).
3. What you can and can't do
You can use Snimio for any legal purpose. You can't:
- Use Snimio to send spam, phishing, or any unsolicited bulk email.
- Connect inboxes you don't own or aren't authorised to access.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to extract the Snimio AI models or prompts.
- Resell access to Snimio without a written reseller agreement.
4. Payment, trials and cancellation
The first 14 days are free. We don't ask for a card to start the trial. After 14 days, you choose a plan or the trial ends automatically, there's no auto-charge.
If you start a paid plan you can cancel any month from your settings. We don't pro-rate refunds, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. The AI part
Snimio uses Claude (by Anthropic) to draft replies and summaries. AI is not perfect. You are always the final author of any email that leaves your inbox, Snimio never sends without your explicit action.
We are not responsible for the content of replies you choose to send. Read drafts before you hit ⌘↩.
6. Service level
We aim for 99.9% uptime on the sync engine and AI relay. You can check live status at /status. We don't offer SLA credits on Solo or Team plans. Enterprise customers get a contractual SLA, talk to sales@flowix.io.
7. Data ownership
Your email content is yours. Always. We don't take any rights to it. If you delete your account, your account data is erased within 90 days. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by Dutch law, our total liability under these terms is capped at what you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, or third-party services that misbehave.
9. Termination
You can close your account any time, no questions. We can suspend or close yours only if you violate section 3, and we'll always send a warning email first unless the violation is severe.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we email all account holders and post a notice here at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are heard in the Amsterdam district court.
